• First of all we are going to have to enter the Recovery mode of any Android phone, for this we have to press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button, although on other phones the method will be something similar, in some cases you may need Press and hold both volume and power buttons, all with the terminal turned off.

• We are going to extract the SD memory and we are going to connect it to the computer (naturally we must have a memory reader in the computer). The next step is to install the SD Card Formatter application, which is a special tool for dealing with memories of this type.

  

  We open the program and our memory should appear registered. The application is in English but it is very easy to use if you follow the following steps. We are going to go to the Options button where we will configure some things. In the Format Type option we select Full (Overwrite), and in Format Size Adjustement we choose “ON”. We accept everything by pressing OK and then if we click Format. We will wait until the process ends, after it ends we put the memory back in the phone. We start Recovery mode again, if everything goes well, you would no longer have to tell us no error and a new option will appear called apply update from sdcard

  

  If for some reason it still does not work, we put the memory in the computer again and with the application instead of selecting Full (Overwrite) , we select Full (Erase).
