How to reset your airpods

Anonim

This is a personal opinion, but without a doubt the AirPods are the best accessory that Apple has ever released. Since I acquired them almost a year ago, they accompany me wherever I go, always ready to use just by putting them on my ears. But like any technological product, it could happen that your AirPods get out of control and stop working in the correct way. In this situation, the first thing you should do is reset them to their factory state. Next, we will see how to reset your AirPods in case of an emergency.

Resetting AirPods, easier than you imagined

First of all make sure that both AirPods are inside their case, and that both the headphones and the box itself have enough charge.

On the back of the AirPods case, locate the only button that exists. Although it is well mixed with the rest of the case, it will not be difficult to find it outside the box.

Now open the AirPods case and hold the button for a few seconds. The indicator light inside the box should now start flashing white.

And you already have it! Your AirPods have now been restored and from this moment on they will no longer recognize any of your devices with which you used them regularly, nor any other device that you have linked or link to your iCloud account.

Now when you open the AirPods box, you will be asked to set them up again, just like you did the first day. Doing this could be very useful if you have decided to sell your AirPods, for example. Although, honestly, I find no possible explanation. ?
