Radeon software crimson edition 16.10.1 drivers are available

AMD has just released the new Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.10.1 drivers, which adds enhancements and optimization for Gears of War 4 and Mafia III, both titles are about to land on PC.

These new AMD controllers adds official support for Gears of War 4 and Mafia III and also includes a new CrossFire profile for the Shadow Warrior 2 video game under DirectX 11, a game that will arrive on October 13.

As usual, the official support of the new games will bring with it an improvement and optimization so that the AMD graphics can perform as well as possible with these titles, although as always, it will be necessary to wait until they are on the street to check the optimization that will have both Gears of War 4 and Mafia III, hopefully they have done their homework.

Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.10.1 will also bring with it some bug fixes, for example in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided which was suffering from performance issues and sudden crashes with CrossFire settings. With a similar drawback were Battlefield 1 and The Crew, that some textures were not seen correctly in CrossFire.
