Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.10.1 with support for Gears of War 4 and Mafia III
These new AMD controllers adds official support for Gears of War 4 and Mafia III and also includes a new CrossFire profile for the Shadow Warrior 2 video game under DirectX 11, a game that will arrive on October 13.
As usual, the official support of the new games will bring with it an improvement and optimization so that the AMD graphics can perform as well as possible with these titles, although as always, it will be necessary to wait until they are on the street to check the optimization that will have both Gears of War 4 and Mafia III, hopefully they have done their homework.
Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.10.1 will also bring with it some bug fixes, for example in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided which was suffering from performance issues and sudden crashes with CrossFire settings. With a similar drawback were Battlefield 1 and The Crew, that some textures were not seen correctly in CrossFire.
Finally, it should be noted that the pixel format option was added again for the graphics cards of the RX 400 line. Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.10.1 is already available, if the update has not automatically skipped you in Windows, you can download it manually from the official AMD website.
