Cooler Master has a new set of 140mm and 120mm MasterFan fans now available. The MasterFan MF120R and MF140R fans had been announced earlier this year, and today they are finally on sale.

MF120R and MF140R A-RGB are available with addressable LED lighting

This time, these have addressable RGB (A-RGB) LEDs that are highly customizable. Unlike standard analog RGB LEDs, addressable digital RGB LEDs can have a different color per piece of light. So for the MasterFan MF120R and MF140R, each of its eight RGB LED pieces can have a different color than the rest, making some fantastic lighting effects.

Even if you don't have a motherboard that supports addressable LED lighting, these MasterFan products come with a hardware controller. This compact hardware allows users to toggle between 10 presets, plus the fan lighting can also be customized through the Cooler Master software. These LEDs are connected through a standard 3-pin connector (5V, Data and GND).

The fans use a 4-pin PWM connector for their operation. The 120mm version operates at a speed of 650-2000 RPM, producing a maximum of 59CFM and 2.14mmH2O of air pressure. Similarly, the 140mm variant also has the same RPM range, but produces up to 90 CFM and 1.6mmH2O of air pressure.

How much do these Master MF120R and MF140R fans cost?

The MF120R and MF140R ARGB individual fans are available for £ 14.99 (€ 16.96) each + VAT. You can also purchase a 3-pack MF120R ARGB for £ 59.99 + VAT.
