Corsair adds a riser connector pcie 3.0 x16 to its new premium kit

Among Corsair's accessories for connectivity to PSUs and devices, there is also a PCIe 3.0 x16 extension RISER cable for vertical GPU mounts.

The Riser could not miss in the new Corsair range

Surely we have seen a lot of vertical GPU chassis mounts lately, which are really attractive and original. Obviously, to do this we need special cables called Riser that allow us to take the connectivity of a PCIe slot further.

Well Corsair has joined the club with this original PCIe 3.0 X16 extension cable of no less than 30 cm in length. The quality of construction and the division of conductors through five separate groups will ensure that we have all the available bandwidth so as not to lose a single bit in the data transmission. In this type of connection we must demand the maximum, since with a poor quality cable we will be creating a poor connection and poor performance of our graphics card.

The Corsair extender is intended for your models with Corsair 275R and 500D vertical GPU support, although of course it will be compatible with all types of chassis, GPUs and motherboards. We will only have it available in black and with a fixed length of 300 mm.
