Creative announced the SXFI THEATER, its latest solution in wireless headphones. These headphones boast Super X-Fi technology, low-latency, wireless audio transmission and long battery life.

Bluetooth headphones offer wireless audio connectivity, but latency issues are a common complaint among users. SXFI THEATER should be a solution to this problem.

The SXFI THEATER has the advantage of 2.4 GHz wireless digital audio transmission with a latency five times less than that of a typical Bluetooth transmission, which translates into truly perfect audio and video synchronization for users. Transmission is done through SXFI TX, a USB wireless transmitter that comes with the headphones. The effective distance of 10m can be extended through a USB extension base supplied with a 1.2m long cable. At the heart of the SXFI THEATER are its 50mm neodymium drivers, which are designed to deliver powerful, accurate audio with good bass.

SXFI THEATER completes its offer with Super X-Fi technology. What this technology basically does is that the headphones recreate the audio from a surround sound system. It's no different than what already exists in other emulated 7.1 headphones, but Super X-Fi is supposed to do this much more successfully.
