Deepcool CASTLE 240/280 RGB are two new liquid cooling systems that have been announced at Computex 2018 to delight all fans of the brand. These are new AIO kits that include RGB lighting in the fans and in the block, which by the way is compatible with AMD Ryzen Threadripper processors.

Deepcool CASTLE 240/280 RGB arrives to keep your processor cool

The new Deepcool CASTLE 240/280 RGB liquids have been designed to be compatible with all current processors, including AMD Ryzen Threadripper and its huge TR4 socket. The Castle 240/280 RGB pump has a unique looking round top where RGB LEDs glow to give the ensemble a spectacular aesthetic. The system can be connected to an RGB header on the motherboard, or controlled via an included controller with five built-in lighting effects and 36 interchangeable lighting modes.

This CPU block is made of pure copper to achieve maximum thermal conductivity, it is big enough to fully cover the huge AMD Threadripper processors. The pump is based on a three-phase induction motor with closed impellers to push water through the radiator. Its radiator is based on an E-shaped microchannel design, a highly optimized design that allows a greater heat exchange surface to be achieved, thereby improving performance.
