DeepCool's Gammaxx GT CPU Cooler came out about two years ago, and at the time it had RGB lighting that could handle only one color at a time. Today, that's not enough, so the provider has updated it to include addressable RGB (ARGB) and given it a little makeover. The updated component is now called DeepCool Gammaxx GT A-RGB.

The CPU cooler is based on a classic tower design, which uses four 6mm direct contact heatpipes made of copper, leading to a stack of aluminum fins. Attached to this is a 120mm fan that can rotate at speeds between 500 and 1, 650 RPM. At full speed it can push up to 64.5CFM while making 27.8dBA of noise, and includes PWM fan control.

The ARGB is located both on the fan and on the top of the heatsink, where the DeepCool logo can be illuminated in various colors to choose from. An adapter is included to connect the entire lot.

All of this leads to a 129mm wide and 77mm deep cooler, so you should have an interesting space for RAM. It's also 157mm tall, so it also fits in most PC cases except those that are unusually small.

We don't have pricing information yet, but the Gammaxx GT cooler sells for around $ 40 to $ 60, depending on which variant you choose, so we consider the Gammaxx GT A-RGB to be around that price range once inventories of old units have been cleared.
