Intel and Dell plan to launch their new Dell Venue 8 7000 tablet with Android inside. It is an 8-inch tablet that has been unveiled at the Intel Developer Forum.
It has an 8-inch screen equipped with a 2560 × 1600 resolution on an OLED panel and as a processor it includes an Intel Atom Moorefield at 1.60 GHz base frequency that reaches 2.00 GHz in Turbo mode, 16 GB of expandable internal storage, the system Android 4.4 KitKat operating, and a unique design that includes thin bezels and a frame at the bottom where a more than generous speaker and a second camera are hidden.
What they have announced is that it will be the thinnest in the world, no less than 6 mm thick, we will see how it affects the rest of the components. It will have specific hardware and software to improve its photographic capabilities, the use of a camera with a RealSense 3D depth sensor, a camera signed by Intel that allows performing numerous actions such as facial recognition, 3D scanning, refocusing or recognizing gestures with a stop 10 fingers. It consists of an 8 MP main camera and 2 auxiliaries that help achieve 3D effects.
