Check Point security experts have been responsible for finding out. They contacted Google. And the antivirus was removed from the Play Store immediately. Although, until that moment it had already been downloaded millions of times. An estimated 25 million users are affected.

The developer of Du Antivirus Security has removed the code that was causing this. And the application is again available in the Play Store. But there is no guarantee that it is safe. So its download is not recommended. And if you have it installed, it is recommended that you remove it as soon as possible.
