What's New in Build 14342 for Windows 10 (KB3158988)

Among its main novelties we have the following:

  • Microsoft Edge Extensions: It will no longer be necessary to extract and copy the extensions in a local folder, since they will be available in the Windows Store. New extensions available: From now on, you can download extensions such as: AdBlock, Adblock Plus, Mouse Gestures , Microsoft Translator, Pin It Button, Reddit, Web Clipper and OneNote from the Windows Store. Very important: If you do not delete the extensions and therefore only deactivate them, you will suffer from a failure that this compilation brings. Thus, the Microsoft Edge browser does not close or expose errors in the context menus. Microsoft Edge brings real-time notifications: Microsoft's web browser is already compatible with real-time notifications, this allows websites to send notifications that will be exposed in the activity center. Gesture navigation: Navigation with the back and forth swipe gesture released in Windows 10 Mobile is now possible. Improvements in Ubuntu bash : Inside the Linux for Windows subsystem, it is already enabled to place symbolic links. Skype UWP update: Users will be able to select the dark theme and switch between different Skype accounts. Updated workspace icon: This now easily adapts to different monitor resolutions.
