It is Bethesda's turn at E3 2017. It is another conference that I think will either surprise you or have nothing to show. Let's see what they have taught.
Doom VFR & Fallout 4 VR
Ubisoft joins the VR band with "Doom" and "Fallout". Both are not the game itself, they are adaptations to be played in VR. In both cases, in what has been seen in the trailer, I did not like anything. But as in all games, you have to try it to know how it looks. It will be released for HTC Vive. PlayStation VR by the end of the year.
The Elder Scrolls, news.
As usual, they have announced several news about their "The Ender Scrolls". We are going to list them because they are quite short:
- The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind: They bring out a new expansion by unlocking the areas of Morrowind The Elder Scrolls: Legends - Heroes of Skyrim: The card game for mobile devices has added an expansion with the Heroes of Skyrim. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for Nintendo Switch: A new port for Skyrim, I don't know how many times this game will be sold to us, but it is tiring. This time for Switch and with a Link skin.
Dishonored: The Death of the Outsider
Dishonored may be one of their most successful installments so far. This time they return with a spin-off starring Billie Lurk. It will arrive on September 15 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
The Evil Within 2
Another sequel to a dead original returns. Finally the second part of "The Evil Within" has been announced. It will once again star Detective Sebastian. I honestly do not expect much from this game since the first was a disaster, many bugs that will erase the game, very poorly optimized and sold no more smoke than anything else. We will see if they have improved. It will be released on October 13 to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus.
At last they reveal the second part of the "Wolfenstein". More action with more Nazis in the United States. From the trailer it promises that it will be one of the best games of this year. It will be released on October 27 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
Bethesda E3 2017 Conclusions
I'm surprised that I liked the EA conference better. It has been very lazy, announcing many sequels, expansions or improvements of its games. They have not risked anything new. A pity for such a good company.
