Antec is expanding its range of 'gaming' chassis with the arrival of the new 'Dark Avenger' DA601 ATX. This chassis comes equipped with addressable RGB (A-RGB) LED strips on the front, plus a pre-installed 120mm Prizm ARGB fan.

Antec DA601 'Dark Avenger' allows up to E-ATX motherboards

The chassis built-in LED driver can control up to 4x ARGB fans. Plus, it integrates easily with other motherboard systems that use the A-RGB lighting system. This includes Gigabyte RGB Fusion, MSI Mystic Light Sync, ASUS Aura Sync, and ASRock Polychrome Sync.

Functionally, this tower is quite spacious and supports up to E-ATX motherboards if required. It also has all seven standard expansion slots, plus 4 2.5-inch and 2 2.5 / 3.5-inch storage drive locations. The maximum height of the CPU cooler can be up to 160 mm, while the maximum length of the graphics card that we can locate can be up to 400 mm.

The liquid cooling bracket includes a radiator up to 360mm at the front and a radiator up to 280mm or 360mm at the top.

Cable management can be very simple, considering there is plenty of room for cable routing, plus a cover for the exclusive power supply.
