Video game hardware sells more than $ 30 billion in 2016

The hardware and gaming equipment is moving a lot of money, so much so that the latest leaked figures for 2016 have amazed us. We are talking about 30, 000 million dollars. And this sector moves a lot of money, and many factors derive from them, because many youtubers who became famous for playing on YouTube

And there is no better gift for a gamer friend than a keyboard or a gaming mouse. This sector sells a lot, and we have more and more options to buy, from very cool mats, to amazing mice or spectacular boxes. It is a terrain that is possibly more booming than ever, especially since it is so fashionable to upload videos while playing platforms like YouTube or Twitch, which host huge communities of players.

Jon Peddie Research (JPR) highlights how high-end equipment has grown in sales. The gamers go for the best, and they buy it, the best chairs, the best mice, the best rugs… this high-end equipment has 43% of the market share, which is the same as $ 13 million. However, the basic equipment remains with a 22% share, about 6-7 million dollars.

These figures leave us in stone, as we see in TechPowerUp and WccFTech but the truth is that more and more high-end gaming hardware components are being manufactured, because users ask for them.
