The Huawei Mate X will have a new processor and cameras

The Huawei Mate X still does not have a date to reach the market, a few days ago a new delay in its launch was announced, as we already told you. But it seems that when it arrives it will do so with many changes compared to the model that was presented in February. According to new data, we can expect a new processor in the phone, in addition to new cameras.

The cameras have already been mentioned before, as it was seen that the device now had an additional sensor. It seems that they will leave us with a new processor too.

Changes on the phone

Apparently, the Huawei Mate X is going to make use of a Kirin 990 processor, which is the one that we will see in a month in the Mate 30, so it will release this processor too. Therefore, a better performance of the phone is expected in this case, in addition to having a series of improvements in terms of operation and support of the cameras, which are another change.

It was already speculated weeks ago that it went from 3 to 4 sensors in this case. This seems to be confirmed again, making it clear that the phone will make use of an additional sensor. Also, the cameras are expected to look like the ones we've seen on the P30 Pro this year.

So we can affirm that this Huawei Mate X will arrive with important changes, which make it a different phone from the one we saw in February. We do not know if there will be other changes, but it could be so, since it is not expected that it will hit the market until November. So there is time for more changes on the phone.
