Several leaks from China reveal more details about the successor to Microsoft's Windows Phone, whose name could be Surface Mobile. These details were initially discovered by Twitter user h0x0d, who has already leaked credible information about Microsoft in the past.

In addition to the new name of the terminal (before it was thought that it was going to be called Surface Phone), the new translations reveal that the Surface Mobile will have support for the Surface Pen (as in the image that can be seen above), and would have a Snapdragon processor and a foot in the style of Surface Pro tablets with opening up to 185 degrees.

Microsoft Surface Mobile, the Surface Phone that everyone expects, will bring a projector and support for Surface Pen

The highlight of all is a new feature called “Onto Table”, which appears to be a built-in projector capable of displaying the entire desktop of a PC via Continuum. On the other hand, it is believed that the Surface Mobile's battery would last up to an hour in this pairing mode (it is probably a wireless projection to another monitor).

Likewise, the new leak also points to two new nicknames: " Surface Peking " and " Surface Slavonia ". It is not known at the moment what it is, but it could be some hardware similar to the Dock used by Microsoft for Continuum functionality.

The code name " Project Andromeda " is also being mentioned, although it is too ambiguous and could refer to the range of Surface Mobile devices or even the new operating system that would apparently be an evolution of Windows 10 Mobile.

These are all rumors at the moment, or at least until more details emerge either through new leaks or through official confirmation by Microsoft, although it is still interesting to know that Microsoft is preparing a new mobile phone.
