E-ATX boxes are usually expensive, and there is a clear reason for this. E-ATX boxes need to be large, and that comes with inherent material costs. Enermax has decided that it wants to make the E-ATX form factor a little more affordable, thanks to its new MK50 Makashi chassis.

Enermax MK50 Makashi costs around 60 euros

The Enermax MK50 offers front mounted RGB lights, support for up to two 360mm liquid cooling radiators, and support for up to six storage devices using 4 2.5-inch bays and 2 2.5 / 3.5 bays inches.

Like most modern cases, the Makashi MK50 features a screw-mounted tempered glass side panel and built-in RGB lighting, which can be controlled with a button on the case or with third-party software utilities like ASUS Aura Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion 2.0, ASRock Polychrome and MSI Mystic Light. In stock, this box is shipped with a single 120mm fan, the rest must be added by us or requested to be installed by paying an additional cost for any compatible RGB fan at the time of purchase of the MK50.

On the Makashi front, the I / O zone comes with USB 3.0 ports, dual USB 2.0 ports, and HD audio ports. The box also features a built-in PSU cover and 3.5-inch mobile hard drive bays. Mobile hard drive bays make this case compatible with PSUs up to 200mm in length. In the upper area, we see a dust filter, the front is closed by the casing.
