Specifications of the new samsung galaxy a3 2017

Samsung is already working on the 2017 edition of its lower-middle-range Galaxy A3 phones. The specifications of this new terminal for the least demanding user sectors has already been leaked online with some improvements in its specifications with respect to the 2016 model but keeping its dimensions intact.

Technical specifications of the Samsung Galaxy A3

• 4.7-inch screen with 720p resolution.Eight-core Exynos 7870 SoC. 2 GB of RAM. Mali T830 GPU. 12 MP and 8 MP cameras (Front). 8 GB of storage. Android 6.0.1.

The screen would be exactly the same as this year's Galaxy A3 and even the resolution but an improvement is seen in the front camera, which will go from 5 to 8 megapixels. There will also be an increase in the amount of RAM that will increase to 2GB (down from 1.5GB) and the processor will be brand new. While the 2016 model had the Snapdragon 410 processor, Samsung will now opt for the own-core 8-core Exynos 7870.

The most basic model will come with 8GB of internal storage and will have Android 6.0.1.

The terminal would be clearly adjusted as a mid-range but we still cannot know what its price will be. Let's remember that currently the Samsung Galaxy A3 sells for around 240 euros approximately and at launch cost 299 euros, so it is expected that this new model will have a similar price.
