The EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 SSC and FTW use the popular EVGA ACX heatsink for much higher cooling than that offered by the Nvidia reference model, these cards will operate at a lower temperature and much lower noise levels.

The heatsink is made up of a dense aluminum fin radiator and several copper heatpipes that are responsible for distributing the heat generated by the GPU throughout its operation throughout the radiator. Above are two fans with a design designed to move a large amount of air with a very low noise level, the bearings are also optimized for less friction so that their durability will be greater.

The EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 Superclocked promises to be 27% faster than the GeForce GTX 970 while being 28% smaller and 17% cooler in performance. It is one of the ideal graphics cards for compact computers where you don't want to compromise on high performance.

With these new cards debuts the EVGA PrecisionX OC software that provides users with much finer control over different GPU parameters like clock speed and fan speed for superior performance.

EVGA PrecisionX OC supports gaming monitoring based on Microsoft's new DirectX 12 API and includes EVGA OC ScannerX Integration technology to automatically adjust all GPU parameters for best performance. Finally we highlight the K-Boost Function feature to maximize the card's clock frequencies.
