FIFA 18 has been the last weighty title to reach a Nintendo Switch that is gradually increasing its catalog of video games to finish convincing users who have not yet decided. Digital Foundry has already laid hands on the new Nintendo console game and compares it to the PS4 and Xbox 360 versions.

This is how FIFA 18 looks on Nintendo Switch

The first thing to note about FIFA 18 on the Nintendo Switch is that it runs at a speed of 60 FPS although in replays and scenes it is limited to 30 FPS. As for the resolution there are no surprises, in the portable mode it works at 720p and when connected to the dock it works at an interesting 1080p. Actually in portable mode you can not ask for more since 720p is the resolution of the console screen.

Grand Theft Auto V would be on its way to the Nintendo Switch

We are already focused on the graphic section and we see a game halfway between the current generation and the previous one, the most striking thing is that the Nintendo Switch version lacks any type of lighting, being in this aspect even inferior to the Xbox version 360 and let's not talk about the current generation anymore. Beyond the lack of lighting, the game is clearly superior to the Xbox 360 version, especially when operating in dock mode whose 1080p resolution is much higher than the 720p that can be achieved on the console of the previous generation of Microsoft.

As for the game modes, it includes all the content except The Journey and, incomprehensibly, its multiplayer mode is limited to playing with random people so that you will not be able to play with your friends unless it happens.
