Ringing Bells has just announced the launch date for the masses of the Freedom 251, the first units will arrive on June 30 for a value of $ 3.70, a laughable cost for a phone with features that are not at all ridiculous, let's do a little of memory.

The Freedom 251 phone comes with a 4-inch screen with a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels, a 4-core CPU running at 1.3GHz, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage space that can be increased with a memory card. It also has an 8 megapixel dual camera and a 3.2 megapixel front camera, 3G connectivity is included along with the Android 5.1 operating system.

According to Ringing Bells, this low cost is due to a large number of agreements with different software companies to pre-install their applications on the device, so surely we will find a large amount of bloatware or apps that we will not use in the life. Even with these explanations, there is still the suspicion of the possible subsidy that they would be receiving from the Government of India, something that was never confirmed.
