Gelid launches the slim silence heatsink am1
Gelid, manufacturer of air cooling solutions, has launched a heatsink for AMD socket AM1 to the market, thus increasing the limited options available to platform users to cool their processors.
The new Gelid Slim Silence AM1 heatsink consists of a barely 26mm high aluminum radiator that is cooled by a quiet 70mm fan with rotational speed adjustment (PWM) to deliver necessary airflow. The fan speed ranges between 1200 and 2600 RPM and the generated air flow is between 20 and 34 CFM generating a maximum noise of 27 dBA.
It has a price of approximately 8.60 euros.
