Gigabyte is positioned very strongly facing the gaming segment with the new AORUS KD25F tactical monitor. This screen has impressive technical characteristics, where its 240 Hz refresh rate and just 0.5 ms response stand out.

AORUS KD25F is a 240 Hz FullHD monitor with 0.5 ms response

The AORUS KD25F is a FullHD (1920 × 1080 pixels) 'tactical' monitor featuring a 240Hz refresh rate and 0.5ms response. The monitor appears to be explicitly designed for professional gamers or those who want the best performance in competitive online gaming.

The screen size is 24.5 inches and covers 100% of the sRGB color spectrum. The maximum brightness is about 400 cd / m2. The DisplayHDR 400 certification is also present.

Many gamers will feel reassured that the monitor is compatible with AMD FreeSync and Nvidia G-Sync, so they will not be required to use a graphics card from a particular brand.

The AORUS KD25F has RGB lighting, which is centered on the rear and is compatible with RGB Fusion 2.0 with different preset effects.

As a 'tactical' monitor it comes with different functionalities, such as an AIM stabilizer, different customizable peepholes, or a function to improve brightness in too dark areas, where an online opponent could be hidden or simply to improve the visualization while we play. We also have Picture-in-Picture functions and an overlay to take a look at the frames per second and other data while we play.

All these aspects and other more basic settings such as brightness volume, color, etc., can be controlled from AORUS proprietary software.

At the moment, we do not know what its official price or launch date is.
