With the official launch of the GTX 1660 on March 14, Gigabyte shares with us all its three models based on this new mid-range GPU, these are the GTX 1660 GAMING OC 6G, GAMING 6G, and GTX 1660 OC 6G models..

GTX 1660 OC 6G

The OC 6G model uses a 90mm dual-turbine Windforce 2X air cooling system with a slight factory overclocking, which can go up to 1830 MHz, the reference frequency is 1785 MHz. The card has 6 GB and A back plate is used to protect the circuitry.

This would become the most basic model of the entire Gigabyte offer.

GAMING 6G

This model already occupies a cooling of three Windforce 3X turbines and the frequency is 1785 MHz. This model has RGB lighting with the proprietary RGB Fusion 2.0 technology, which can be synchronized with the AORUS components. This RGB lighting basically consists of the Gigabyte logo on one side.

Like the OC 6G, this model has 6GB of GDDR5 memory.

GAMING OC 6G

This would become the most 'advanced' model in the Gigabyte offer, the triple turbine design is inherited from the GAMING 6G, only the operating frequency is increased to 1860 MHz. We also have RGB Fusion 2.0 lighting.

As it has happened with the designs of other manufacturers, what has been seen in the GTX 1660 Ti models has been reused for this series, which reduces costs for NVIDIA partners. Do not forget to take a look at our review of this graphics card.
