Unboxing and design
Gigabyte shields us with a premium presentation as in all its low consumption Brix equipment. The Gigabyte Brix GA-BKi5A-7200 arrives with a very compact white box that on its cover we can see a product image.
While in its rear area we find all its most important technical characteristics.
Once we open it and as we expected, it comes perfectly protected and brings a wide range of accessories.
We detail what the bundle incorporates:

We have installed two 8GB and 1.2V DDR4L modules as main memory and an M.2 disk. Samsung 850 EVO 120 GB with M.2 connection. that we have in the test bench for these occasions.

Regarding the idle temperature, the processor is barely 28º at rest, while when stress tests are performed (maximum performance) it rises to 72ºC. While the consumption we have about 6.5 W in total at rest and about 11W at maximum power.

We come to the end of the analysis and we can say that the MiniPC Gigabyte Brix GA-BKi5A-7200 falls in love just when you see it. Its design and structure in the purest "brushed aluminum" style favors it a lot.
Internally we have an Intel Kaby Lake i5 7200U dual-core 3.1 GHz processor, compatibility with up to 32 GB DDR4 So-DIMM and M.2 NVMe or M.2 SATA disk. We missed that it allows us to install a second 2.5 ″ SATA storage unit, as we believe that it is the ideal combination for a team.
