Gigabyte overclocking season and march oc madness 2017 conditions

In Taipei, Taiwan, February 22, 2017 - GIGABYTE TECHNOLOGY Co. Ltd, the leading manufacturer of motherboards and graphics cards, is pleased to present March OC Madness 2017, the overclocking tournament run by GIGABYTE and hand in hand from HWBot.org. The best overclockers will be able to win a hardware package of almost 2, 500 euros in prizes in hardware components that any enthusiast would like to have.

GIGABYTE Overclocking and March OC Madness 2017 Season Conditions

This competition will consist of four challenges in which the 3D processors and graphics of the computers will be tested: XTU 5G, 3DMark Fire Strike Physics, Geekbench 3 Multi Core and HWBOT x256 Benchmark. In each of these challenges, participants will earn a series of points based on their classification in each stage. Those three highest scoring participants at the end of the competition will take home the prize! A draw will be held among the participants who score a series of points in all stages of the competition.

Rules:

Open to all GIGABYTE motherboards, except for Intel HEDT (High-End Desktop Platform) computers.

• Please attach a photo of your overclocking team. Beginners must use the official competition outfit. A screenshot is required for verification. To be selected for the draw, entrants must sign up for all stages of the competition. In the event of a tie, the tiebreaker will be the best score of the third stage. If the tie persists, it will be the best score of the first stage, etc.
