Hardware manufacturer GIGABYTE has released its new line of NVIDIA GeForce RTX custom graphics cards based on the Turing architecture. Let's get to know them.

Gigabyte Launches 5 Custom Geforce RTX WINDFORCE and GAMING Graphics Models

The 5 models announced by Gigabyte are exactly the following: Geforce RTX 2080 Ti Gaming OC 11G, Geforce RTX 2080 Ti WINDFORCE OC 11G, Geforce RTX 2080 GAMING OC 8G, Geforce RTX 2080 WINDFORCE OC 8G and Geforce RTX 2070 GAMING OC 8GB. In other words, we will have models for the three graphics presented by NVIDIA recently.

The new graphics cards make use of a GIGABYTE WINDFORCE 3x triple fan configuration, combined with a semi-passive mode to keep graphics quiet at low loads. Interestingly, the middle fan rotates counterclockwise to the other two to optimize air flow and allow for more efficient operation and better performance.

To overclock, Gigabyte offers the possibility to do it with one click through 3 default settings. That is, it is not necessary to make manual adjustments to overclock, although we do not usually recommend using this type of functionality since to guarantee that the OC works on all graphics cards, they usually use somewhat high voltages.

As expected, all models make use of a metal backplate that offers aesthetic improvements and, above all, a structural support to reinforce the graphics card and preventing the PCB from bending or being directly affected by shocks.

It is also to be expected that the graphics include an intensive RGB LED system fully customizable by the user, with various colors and effects thanks to the AORUS Engine system.

In the near future, Gigabyte will also launch a number of graphics cards belonging to its AORUS brand and targeting enthusiastic users. They will offer models with both air and liquid cooling, so they can be quite interesting.
