Gigabyte x99 ud3, x99 ud4 and x99 ud5 wifi
Today we present you the Gigabyte X99 UD3, Gigabyte X99 UD4 and the Gigabyte X99 UD5 WiFi, which are added to the Gigabyte X99 UD7 WiFi that we presented a couple of weeks ago.
All of them arrive in the ATX format and make use of the LGA2011-3 socket powered by an 8-phase VRM together with the Intel X99 chipset that is surrounded by four DDR4 DIMM slots for the UD3 and eight slots for the UD4 and UD5.
All offer four PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slots accompanied by three PCIe x1 slots, one M.2 interface, eight SATA III 6.0 Gbps ports, one SATA Express (or two additional SATA III if not using SATA Express), 8 ports USB 3.0 and 8 USB 2.0 ports (except the UD6 model that offers up to 12 USB 3.0 ports and stays in 6 USB 2.0 ports).
The characteristics are completed with the Intel Gigabit Ethernet interface for the UD3 and UD4 (the UD5 offers two) and the use of the Realtek ALC1150 sound chip that offers 7.1-channel HD audio and coaxial optical output.
They also offer lighting in the audio zone, Gigabyte UEFI DualBIOS and high-quality components such as Durable Black solid capacitors, specific capacitors for sound, or the use of gold in the connections of the CPU, memory and PCIe slots to avoid corrosion.
The Gigabyte X99 UD5 WiFi also has WiFi connection as its name suggests and two additional heatsinks with copper heatpipes to withstand higher levels of overclocking.
Below we show you the images of all of them:
