This message explains more about the problem, in addition to apologizing for the many inconveniences that these failures have generated among users. What was the source of this error? A fault was detected in one of the backend systems. And they spent the day trying to solve the problem, something that has taken longer than expected.

But, as we have said, users with Google Home should already have this solution to the failure. So the devices should work normally again. In case they do not, the company asks users to contact them.
