Until now all that was known about Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones was that they would be unveiled at a Google event on October 4. However, new details suggest that Google may announce its widely rumored Andromeda OS that has been tested on the Nexus 9.

Andromeda OS will arrive along with the Google Pixel 3

Evidence of Andromeda OS has been found within Android 7.0 Nougat although unfortunately no details are known about this new operating system that would be being developed by Google. All that is known so far is that Andromeda OS is a hybrid operating system between Android and Chrome OS that could be announced on October 4.

The first device with Andromeda OS would be the Pixel 3 that would arrive during the second half of 2017, it is a new convertible that includes a 12.3-inch touch screen that will give life to an Intel m3 or Core i5 processor accompanied by 8/16 GB of RAM and a storage of 128 GB. The rest of its features include a battery with autonomy of 10 hours, two USB Type-C ports, support for Stylus and a fairly high starting price of $ 799.
