HG Computers has announced a new version for its small Osmi box, which will now be renamed Osmi 3.0. It's hard to say how the case evolved without all the technical details, but it would seem that the case is similar, if not identical, with a big difference in the top panel that would help to better dissipate heat.

HG Computers Osmi 3.0, the third generation of this minimalist mini-ITX box

We know that compact boxes can be a bit problematic due to temperature issues, so we must pay special attention to the components we use so as not to generate too much temperature within such a small space. HG Computers' intention would be to improve cooling with its new Osmi 3.0.

Osmi 3.0 is a Mini-ITX box in a rectangular format with a motherboard that is located vertically, installing the graphics card in a classic way. Between the two, the power supply covers the processor radiator.

The front panel doesn't show anything and the power button is on the back. Meanwhile, also on the back is all the connectivity that comes from the installed motherboard, the front is completely clear and we only see the HG logo. This may be impractical in certain circumstances, but it also helps maintain a clean, minimalist design.

We hope to have all the technical details of this box soon. As well as the specifications, we also do not know what their price or date of release to the market will be. We will be attentive to the news.
