HiGame PC is a multipurpose computer equipped with the new Intel Core i7 processors that come with Radeon RX Vega M graphics. This computer from the Chinese company Chuwi, appeared at IndieGoGo seeking financing, something that has happened with great success.

HiGame PC uses Kaby Lake-G processors with Radeon RX Vega M GPUs

This compact PC with Intel Kaby Lake-G chips (MCM) needed about $ 50, 000 to finance itself, but it managed to exceed all expectations, with a collection that ended up reaching $ 325, 000 with 342 sponsors.

The Kaby Lake-G chip with Radeon RX Vega M GPUs offer an impressive combo, offering performance above a GTX 1060 and i7 7700HQ equipment, as we can see in the performance tests. All this is achieved with a single MCM chip, this saves a lot of physical space by dispensing with a graphics card. In addition, the video memory is also present in the same package, about 4GB of HBM2 video memory, with speeds higher than GDDR5.

Currently two HiGame PC models will be sold, one with the Core i5-8350G and the one that comes with an i7-8709G. Both chips have 4 physical cores and 8 threads, but the GPU is different. The first has 1280 shaders, while the i7 model has 1536 shader units, the amount of video memory remains the same in the two models, but not the storage capacity.

The Core i5-8305G model comes with 128GB SSD and has a cost of 774 euros, while the Core i7-8709G comes with 256GB of capacity and its price is 946 euros.

With a PC as compact as the HiGame PC (173x158x73mm), it is demonstrated that it is possible to play any video game on the market in maximum or high quality in 1080p resolution, which meets the demands of most gamers at the moment.
