Hp omen mindframe, cooling gaming headset
Table of contents:
We continue talking about what HP has shown us at Gamescom 2018, and this time it's the turn of the OMEN Mindframe gaming headphones that stand out especially for their cooling capacity. Let's see them…
HP OMEN Mindframe, quite peculiar gaming headphones
The biggest peculiarity of this model is its cooling capacity, since one of the biggest impediments that we find when using headphones for a long period of time is the high temperature that our ears acquire and that is really uncomfortable. HP wants to stand out by promising to end it and keeping our ears cool for long-term use.
How is HP going to achieve this effect? Well the secret is in the use of thermoelectric magnets to keep the ears at a low temperature. We had the opportunity to try them out at Gamescom and the truth is that the feeling of comfort was sensational, just like the sound quality.
In the case of a headset, a microphone has also been included for speaking in games, according to the brand with great clarity.
We do not have exact data on the availability and price of the new headphones, but data on them has been known for several months, so it is foreseeable that their launch is near. What do you think of this concept? Do you need cooling in your headphones? Leave your opinion in the comments!
