Thus HTC takes a much closer path to Oculus by offering drivers with a much more compact size than the original for the HTC Vive, which were too large despite being very comfortable to use. The event was behind closed doors but this has not prevented some developers such as Shawn Whitin from leaking images of the new drivers for the Vive.
The new controls offer a much more streamlined design in addition to several improvements such as a strap that wraps the wrist and that is responsible for recognizing the movement of the fingers of the user's hand, this can be used to perform various actions within games and provide a much more immersive experience, for example for touching and picking up objects.
The new controls for the Vives will arrive next to a renewed station throughout the next year so we will still have to wait, the new controls are expected to go on sale for an approximate price of 130 euros.
