This new display will maintain a 90Hz refresh rate, giving each eye access to 45 FPS maximum.

The "bad" part of this increase in resolution is that the requirement with the hardware will be much higher, since we will have to reach a rate of at least 90 FPS for the experience to be fluid, something only within the reach of the most cutting-edge hardware in 4K resolution.
