Apparently, the failure occurred when Sapient, the client used by employees, was unable to connect to the required VPN in China. So they had to use an Apple smartphone using a foreign SIM to upload the message on Twitter. All this process is necessary because the social network is restricted in China. So it cannot be accessed normally.
It didn't take long for Huawei to penalize employees. On the one hand, their rank has been lowered, in addition to having reduced their salaries by around 700 euros per month. For one of them, the salary will even be frozen for about 12 months completely.
