Today, HyperX launches two new Alloy Origins mechanical gaming keyboards that use their own Aqua switches. One is a full keyboard with numeric keys, while the "Core" model does not have a numeric keyboard. These keyboards are designed for gaming, but of course they are also ideal for general use. These new models feature a detachable braided USB-C to USB-A cable, but you can also use a USB-C to USB-C cable if you prefer.

Both variants of Alloy Origins come, how could it be otherwise, with customizable RGB lighting, the possibility of loading three profiles and three angle positions.

The Alloy Origins and Alloy Origins Core gaming keyboards are constructed of aircraft-grade brushed aluminum that ensures good durability in intensive use and are both designed for specific needs.

The 'Core' model is built without number keys to make it more compact and take up less space on the desktop. The other Origins model, on the contrary, has the full size for a more 'off-road' use and not only focused on gaming.

Both keyboards are compatible with HyperX NGENUITY software with advanced customization features for lighting, macros, and key-customizable lighting effects, HyperX says.

HyperX Aqua Switch is a key with 1.8mm actuation distance and has a lifespan of 80 million keystrokes. The keyboard weighs a total of 900 grams, which shows the quality of the construction.

Both HyperX Alloy Origins and Alloy Origins Core are now available for pre-sale. The HyperX Alloy Origins is priced at $ 109.99, while the Core variant is available for purchase for $ 89.99.
