Intel's marketing division in the Asian market claimed during an event that its Core i5 and Core i3 processors are much better in performance compared to AMD's 8 and 6 core Ryzen 3000 CPUs. There they have claimed that an i5-9600KF is better than a Ryzen 7 3800X.
Intel claims i5-9600KF is better than Ryzen 7 3800X in gaming, office automation, and content creation
As we know from previous reports, the 9th generation Core line is not performing well in major markets, so Intel's marketing division recently held an event in China, showing off the benefits of its Core i5 processors and Core i3 and compared to AMD's Ryzen 3000 processors. Highlighting the most controversial slide that was shown during the event, the Intel Core i3-9350KF is claimed to be better than the entire Ryzen 5 3000 series product line in games, office workloads, and even content creation applications. !

Following this line, it has been seen that a 6-core i5-9600KF without HT is better than a Ryzen 7 3800X with 8 cores and 16 threads. Also the i3-9350KF outperforming the Ryzen 5 3600X and a modest 4-core i3-9100F outperforming the 6-core Ryzen 5 3500X.
The key reason they are claimed to be better is that both of the KF chips mentioned here go up to 4.60 GHz and can be overclocked to 5 GHz with ease. Intel also talks about good driver support, but we don't know why that's important in these comparisons.
Based on comparisons, a 6-core, non-multithreaded Intel chip is better than an 8-core / 16-thread AMD chip. A very bold statement. Intel has the frequency advantage, and that would give it a gaming advantage of around 5%, but claiming that the 6-core, 6-thread chip leads content creation and office workloads can only be labeled a bogus.
Miss me yet @intel? https://t.co/AL2W9I57r2
I used to be a nightmare for intel PR because I was making sure they don't do that kind of crap… They got the crown? today, the dumbest launch of the history of Intel, congrats! ????

Intel is also comparing its non-multithreaded quad-core Core i3 chips with AMD's Ryzen 5 3000 processors that have up to 6 cores and 12 threads. Again, we see the same claims without valid data being provided.
The Core i3-9100F mentioned in the slide is a non-overclockable chip that is being compared to a 6 core and overclockable Ryzen 5 3500X processor.
Regardless of what Intel does to market its chips from now on, AMD won't mind that much as they have a solid roadmap ahead of them and if Intel was thinking the worst was over then they are surely not ready for it. 2020, since AMD has everything ready for Ryzen 4000. We will keep you informed.
