ID-Cooling IS-60 is a new processor cooler, which stands out for its low profile design, which allows it to be installed in the most compact equipment, while obtaining good cooling capacity.

ID-Cooling IS-60, a low profile, high performance heatsink

The ID-Cooling IS-60 heatsink includes an aluminum fin radiator that is positioned parallel to the motherboard, which makes its height very low, and that the air flow generated by the fan, cools in a VRM and its heatsink quite efficiently. This is an advantage that these types of heatsinks offer, compared to those based on a traditional tower design.

This radiator is crossed by six nickel-plated copper heatpipes with a thickness of 6 mm, which are joined together in a copper base. This base is highly polished, ensuring perfect contact with the processor's IHS, to maximize heat transfer from the processor to the aluminum radiator.

On top of it all is an advanced 120mm fan with a height of just 15mm, keeping the overall height of the heatsink kept very low. This fan has the ability to rotate at a speed between 600 and 1600 RPM, generating an air flow of 53.6 CFM with a noise of only 13.8-30.2 dB (A).

The manufacturer includes all the accessories necessary for its mounting, it is compatible with the AM4, AM3 (+), FM2 (+), and LGA115x platforms, and it has the capacity to handle processors with a TDP of up to 130W, which makes it suitable for all models of these platforms in their stock configuration. Pricing has not been announced.
