This week we are finding many new features in the applications owned by Facebook. Also for Instagram there are some changes. Possibly the most important is that the possibility of sharing content with other applications has finally been introduced. A function that users have been asking for for a while and that finally makes its entry into the popular social network.

Instagram already allows you to share content with other applications

This is possible already in the Android and iOS versions of the application. So everyone with an account can enjoy this feature in it.

Instagram allows sharing with more apps

Until now, if the share button was used in the application, because a post of interest had been seen, it could only be sent by direct message to a person in the app. Something that certainly is a limitation. Because you may want to send something to a person who doesn't have an Instagram account. Luckily, this possibility of sharing is expanded, being able to send it to people outside this application.

The share menu is somewhat different on iOS and Android. Since in the first one there are more options available. For now, the trial version has already been released for Android. Although no data has been given on when the stable version will be released.

It will probably take a few weeks to officially launch on Android. No specific dates have been given for this. So we will have to wait. But it is good news that more sharing options are finally introduced on the social network.
