Iuni u3: technical characteristics, availability and price

Well, well, well… What do we have here? Another Chinese terminal !! And of features that take away the dream at a price almost laughable !! (As we will later check). We are talking about the new iUni u3, a truly impressive terminal thanks to the quality of the specifications it contains and that undoubtedly has an enviable value for money. It is time not to get carried away by the big companies in the market and give other devices a chance that, although they are not endorsed by a renowned company, manufacture smartphones that could be framed within the high range without any problem. Technical characteristics:

Screen: It is manufactured by Sharp and has a large size of 5.5 inches and an incredible resolution of QHD 2560 x 1440 pixels, giving it a density of nothing more and nothing less than 538 pixels per inch. It is protected from shocks and scratches thanks to the glass of the Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

Processor: The Iuni is accompanied by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC that runs at 2.3 GHz, in addition to an Adreno 330 graphics chip and 3GB of RAM. The present operating system is Android in version 4.4 Kit Kat, customized by iUni OS.

Camera: we are talking about two lenses, a 13 megapixel rear lens with an f / 2.0 focal aperture and a front one that has 4 ultrapixels –like the HTC One- and that will come in handy when making video calls and selfies.

Design: its body is made of a magnesium alloy and not metal like its predecessor, with the aim of gaining durability. It is available in various colors thanks to its colorful casings that give it a youthful touch: white, black and aqua green. It has the following measurements: 145 mm high x 74.9 mm wide.

Internal memory: its unibody body makes it lack a microSD card slot so we will not be able to expand its storage, thus settling for the 32 GB of ROM that the terminal contains.

Connectivity: in addition to being backed by basic connections such as 3G, WiFi, Micro-USB / OTG or Bluetooth, this Smartphone has compatibility with 4G / LTE support.

Battery: in this aspect we can not complain either, since the non-removable battery of this device will bring with it the so valuable capacity of 3000 mAh, which will undoubtedly give it excellent autonomy.

Availability and price:

We still do not know exactly the launch date of this Smartphone, although we do know that it will be available for a price of 2000 yuan, which in exchange is about 246 euros. We very much doubt that it is officially marketed in Spain, so to be ours we must add assuming other expenses (customs, transport…).
