Jiayu g4s: technical characteristics, availability and price

If this morning we presented you in Professional Review to one of the new terminals of the Chinese company Jiayu, specifically the Jiayu G5S, now we bring you the closest relative that this Smartphone has: the Jiayu G4S. Although this article is not a comparison As such, if you have been attentive to the news about the G5S, you will soon realize that this device is almost identical in performance to the aforementioned model, except for a few other details that differentiate them. Once we have exposed each one of its characteristics and we have revealed its cost, it is time for you to draw a conclusion about its quality-price. We start:

Technical characteristics:

Screen: It has a fairly large size of 4.7 inches, which is accompanied by a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, which gives it a density of 312 pixels per inch. IPS technology makes an appearance, giving it an almost complete viewing angle and highly defined colors. Its low energy cost is due to OGS technology, which is also included in the terminal. The glass manufactured by the Corning company - Gorilla Glass 2 - is in charge of protecting it from scratches and any possible blows it may receive.

Processor: This Chinese terminal is covered by a MediaTek MT6592 eight-core SoC that runs at 1.7 GHz, an ARM Mali-450 MP4 graphics chip and a good 2 GB RAM memory, as we saw with the Jiayu G5S.. The present operating system is again Android in version 4.2 Jelly Bean.

Cameras: its main objective has a not inconsiderable size of 13 megapixels, which also has BSI technology, allowing us to take high-quality snapshots even in dark environments. The CMOS technology, which is also present, is specifically responsible for controlling the brightness and correcting the contrast. Other functions are also present, such as autofocus and an LED flash. As for the front lens, it brings with it a lower resolution of 3 megapixels, which although it will not take photos of the same quality as the main camera, it will be very useful when it comes to conducting video conferences and selfies.

Internal memory: it has a single 16GB model on the market, which can see its storage expanded to 64GB thanks to its microSD card slot.

Connectivity: this Smartphone has basic connections today such as 3G, Wifi, Bluetooth and Micro USB, without LTE / 4G technology being present.

Battery: the 3000 mAh of capacity that protect it will undoubtedly give it a fairly efficient autonomy, which will have a longer or shorter duration in relation to the type of use we give to the Smartphone (games, applications, connectivity, etc).

Design: The jiayu has dimensions of 133 mm high x 65 mm wide x 10 mm thick. As we can see, the thickness of this model is greater than that of the Jiayu G5S, a characteristic that we owe to the larger size of its battery. Its metal frame gives it robustness.
