Jolla has announced its second device aimed at the consumer market, it is the Jolla Tablet that comes with the Sailfish OS operating system and is being financed through crowdsourced.
The Jolla Tablet looks very similar to the Nokia N1 presented yesterday, however it has the great difference of working with the Sailfish OS 2.0 operating system and not with Android. The tablet is being financed through crowdsourced and today they have already raised 97% of their needs, which translates into $ 367, 000 of the 380, 000 that they aim for when the financing campaign ends on December 9.
The tablet has some interesting specifications that include a 7.9-inch screen with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels, an Intel Atom quad-core processor at a frequency of 1.8 GHz, 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage Expandable internal, 5 megapixel rear camera and 2MP front camera, 4300 mAh battery and WiFi. It has dimensions of 203 x 137 x 8.3mm and weighs 384 grams.
It will come to a price of $ 189 for the first 1, 000 buyers and the rest can get it for $ 199.
