RGB fashion does not stop and users demand components with more lighting and higher quality. In that direction, Jonsbo has decided to update its CR-1000 heatsink with a GT version.

Jonsbo launches the GT version of its CR-1000 with even more RGB

The CR-1000 GT takes all the cooling benefits of the original CR-1000, but adds even more RGB. So we have a tower-sized heatsink with some better RGB lighting for its fan and two RGB zones to the left and right of the logo at the top. This CPU fan does not offer ARGB sync with different CMs and its finish remains basic with copper tubes and fins without any treatment. This should make its price not so crazy.

Relatively compact, the CR-1000-GT measures 155 x 75 x 130mm with a weight of 610 grams. Its design is basic with four Ø6mm Direct Touch heat pipes based on a centered base. The fan is fixed to the fins with two metal supports. Due to its weight, it seems to be 'light' for what we are used to with an air heatsink.

The fan measures about 120mm and its speed of action varies between 700 and 1800 RPM for an air flow of 66.81CFM. Jonsbo has not said anything about static pressure.

The announcement of the CR-1000 GT is limited to show us the lighting benefits that it now boasts, but they do not communicate its price or its release date. We will keep you informed.
