KFA2 has announced the launch of a new high-end GeForce GTX 1070 Single Slot graphics card based on the Nvidia Pascal architecture and with a design that reminds us of cards from many years ago when they only occupied one expansion slot in our system.

KFA2 GeForce GTX 1070 Single Slot features

The new KFA2 GeForce GTX 1070 Single Slot provides an extremely compact high-performance solution, in fact it is the first card in the GeForce GTX 1070 series that is based on a single slot design. Making such a powerful and compact card is not an easy task, to control temperatures KFA2 has chosen to include a radiator made entirely of high quality copper. Copper is a much better heat conductive material than aluminum making it much more efficient at dissipation, the downside is that it is quite a bit more expensive than aluminum.

The heatsink is completed with a turbine-type fan that is responsible for generating the necessary air flow. No mention has been made of its operating frequencies, but the logical thing to do is to wait for stock frequencies of 1506/1683 MHz in the Pascal GP104 graphics core. The KFA2 GeForce GTX 1070 Single Slot offers video outputs in the form of DVI, to DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI 2.0.
