It seems that it will not be so. The mid-range, at least that of Samsung, will also have the double camera. So they will become the first mid-range devices to have the dual camera. And we have already been able to know what devices, at least what ranges they will be.

Samsung is currently working on new devices in the Galaxy A and Galaxy C ranges. These are the devices chosen to have the double camera. But there is no word on when they will launch.
