Furthermore, Nvidia emphasizes the best heatsink of its GeForce RTX 2080 Founder's Edition. With its two fans, it should be five times quieter, while the graphics card would be 15 to 20 degrees cooler than the previous generation.

If all this is true, we could be facing cards with a very high overclocking capacity, since Pascal is already capable of reaching 2 GHz and the TDP limit of these new cards is well above.
