However, things start to get complicated when you start to fill all four memory slots. When all four memory slots are filled with single-rank memories, the official memory speed drops to DDR4-2933. And if a combination of single and dual-rank memory modules are used, DDR4-2667 with a configuration of four DIMMs is best.
