Lenovo Announces Yoga 520 and 720 Convertible Laptops

The MWC in Barcelona is currently being celebrated with many new features. This time we have to talk about Lenovo, which wants to hit the table with the announcement of two new convertible laptops Yoga 520 and Yoga 720. The two hybrids between an ultrabook and a Tablet are going to be marketed in the coming months with a specifications to take into account.

Yoga 520

The first laptop is the most modest of those advertised, with a 14-inch FHD touch screen. Up to an Intel Core i7-7500U with a Nvidia GeForce 940MX graphic, 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage space on an SSD can be added. The battery would allow an autonomy of 10 hours in the case of this model that weighs only 1.3 kilograms.

Yoga 720

This is the most expensive model and therefore with the best specifications. Yoga 720 will be available in models with 13 and 15 inch FHD touch screen. You can add an Intel Core i7 (although it has not been specified which) accompanied by a GTX 1050 from Nvidia. The RAM will reach 16GB and the storage capacity may be 1TB SSD of the PCIe type, which will further improve the speed of reading and writing data compared to the Yoga 520. This model will have a range of 9 hours of use and will have Thunderbolt 3 compatible USB Type-C connectors.

In the case of Yoga 520, its price will start at 599 euros. In the case of Yoga 720, the 13-inch model can be purchased for 999 euros and the model with a 15-inch screen for 1099 euros.
