The last member of the Optimus L II family arrives, this L3 as the successor to the well-known first-generation L3. Of the entire range it is the smallest, the one with the smallest power and of course the one with the lowest cost, ideal for those who want a free or low-cost finish but that meets the basic needs of a current smartphone.

Technical characteristics

From the outset we find a small 3.2 ″ True IPS screen with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels (125ppi) which already denotes the type of product that is, simple, small and low cost, although the resolution It could have been higher since it is one of the fewest currently in existence.

The processor is also simple and of moderate power, a single- core Snapdragon MSM7225AB (Cortex A-5) at a speed of 1Ghz. The RAM memory, according to the power it offers, is 512Mb and the storage memory is 4Gb, although we can always expand this memory using a microSD card. Power is provided by a long-lasting 1540mAH battery.

The camera is made up of a basic 3 Megapixel sensor with current basic functions and lacks a front camera. The curious and at the same time good thing is that this one finish despite its specifications, it comes standard with Jelly Bean Android 4.1 and not with ICS.

Observations and prices.

Comparing this one with its predecessor, we observed the improvement of the storage and its operating system, since the first generation of L3 came with Gingebread 2.3.6 and the rest share a good part of the characteristics with the previous one.

If not for its screen, it would have been a much more complete input product, a curious note since LG is one of the largest manufacturers of existing panels. Finally, although there is no safe price, the most sensible thing is to inherit the price of the previous model, that is, € 150.
